Art that represents Human Struggle.

Picasso's Famous Interpretation of War , Mark Harden
Picasso began creating Guernica fifteen days after the initial bombing of Guernica, Spain during the Spanish Civil War. His masterpiece was a direct response to the Nazi attack in 1937. Picasso's work in this art shows not just human struggle during the war, but it aslo show the animals that suffered too. The violence and brutality that war inflicts upon men, women, children and animals is key in Picasso's mural-like black and white masterpiece.Read more: http://artsociety.suite101.com/article.cfm/guernica_depicts_human_suffering#ixzz0S3wGviSx

Why I think this film is a work of art

G.I.Joe: The Rise Of Cobra, I believe, is a true work of art. People have always been facinated with the G.I.Joe comics and cartoon series. In this film, Matt Codd (concept artist) was provided with reference from G.I.Joe comics, action figures and episodes of the animated series in order to ensure the careful attention was paid to maintaining the characters unique and artistic look - all while making the characters appear as realistic as possible. One of the example from all the characters is the character of Destro. He is the most fascinating character to me, and the way his ionic look is designed shows the real work of art in the film.

I'm having catharsis...

Today, men has the biggest fear from its own kind. "Riots" is one of the worst and seirous issue world is facing now-a-days. In the name of religion, race and other needs, thousands of people get killed everytime. One the example of these riots is the one occured in Godhra, a small city og Gujarat, in 2002. As people in U.S. can't forget about the 9/11 issue, pople in Gujarat will never forget about this incident. Godhra, the name that reminisces ugly scenes of a burnt train, half burnt human bodies, charred limbs and subsequent clashes that turned out to be uglier by any figment of human imagination. Beyond that, womens were raped before they were killed. Even innocent childrens, who does not know about any religious differences were killed mercilessly. The burnt train compartment is still there reminding people, how low mankind gets. People who visit there feel the pain, aggression, lust, and helplessness of those victims. Nobody knows when this will end, what will take for people to understanSee full size imaged tSee full size imagehe real lesson of humanity.
