It is really hard to decide if the Graffiti beat is art or not. The main thing about art is, it not created to harm anybody. Graffiti can not be an art if it damages public property or the property thats own by somebody. It makes people upset, and that is not what art does. On the other hand, Graffiti has the amazing creativity in it. Graffiti art are nothing but a regular person's thought, and that is how some people express it. Basically, I think Graffiti can be a very good art form, if it created in a right way at right places.
